Pandan Kaya Pudding
Pandan Kaya Pudding
Ingredients A:
3 eggs
150cc thick coconut milk
40 cc pandan juice
pinch of salt
80 gm sugar
Ingredients B:
2 pkts agar agar powder
300 gm brown sugar
1000 cc coconut milk
30 gm cornflour
500 cc thick coconut milk
pinch of salt
Method A: Mix the ingredients all together, sieve and steam for about 15 minuts . Smash the
steamed kaya.
B: Boil agar agar, coconut milk and brown sugar till hot, then add thick coconut milk and corn flour and boil them well. Put smashed kaya (method A) in to mould and
Pour the boiled agar agar mixture over it layer by layer.
Let it cool in the fridge.
