Teatime treat


Pumpkin Kueh

Ingredients:
500 gm pumpkin
300 cc coconut milk (1 coconut)
200 gm gula Melaka (brown sugar)
1/4 tsp salt
275 gm rice flour
100 gm tapioca flour

Steam pumpkin and blend. Add in coconut milk, gula melaka, rice flour, tapioca flour and salt.
Mix well and pour into small mould. Steam about 15-12 mins.


Yam Kueh

Ingredients:
250gm yam
3 eggs
200 gm gula melaka
400 cc coconut milk
50 gm corn flour
1/4 tsp salt

Steam yam and blend it. Mix with all other ingredients. Pour into mini mould and steam.
